Minova New Zealand
Minova is a major supplier of resin capsules, resin anchors and cement grouts to New Zealand’s underground coal mines.
Minova also manufactures resins capsules and steel bolts for other local suppliers. Sales and service manager, Jason Matthews, says Minova is increasing its presence in the New Zealand market.
“The country has only a small number of underground coal mines, but Minova products are now used at a number of major mines on the North and South Island.
“We hope to take an even bigger role in the future by introducing our range of cable and steel bolts, which will give local mine operators the convenience of an all-in-one package.”
The New Zealand products are manufactured at a number of our Australian sites, where Minova is the largest supplier of rock support, ground consolidation and ventilation controls for the coal mining industry.
