LOKSET XP
Two component foaming resin system for rock bolting
LOKSET XP is a two component resin used for anchoring and rockbolting applications which is suitable for both small and large annular gap conditions.
The specific expanding properties of Lokset XP and its high mechanical performance can be beneficial for bolting in larger diameter holes and for longer boreholes lengths.

Description
Lokset XP Resin Cartridge consists of two compartments separated by a physical barrier. One compartment contains the resin mastic and the other a hardener. The rotation of the bolt during installation ruptures the cartridge, shreds the package and mixes the two components.
The chemical reaction transforms the resin mastic to a solid material. Dependent on the annular gap size a solid material will be formed or in the case of larger annulus hole resin expansion will occur provided that there is sufficient free expansion space.
