Essen, 07.10.2011 – Minova has today announced that it has acquired the self drilling anchor business from Atlas Copco MAI Gmbh. Based in Feistritz, Austria the business will become part of Minova’s Tunneling and Civil business.

The acquisition of this self drilling anchor business will help us to continue to widen our range of products and services in order to provide more value added solutions for our customers.”

Atlas Copco will also continue to sell self drilling anchors in selected markets and applications, through a distributor agreement with Minova. Minova will also continue to act as a distributor for Atlas Copco in selected markets and applications for Swellex.
